Restaurant Style Pizza at Home

Try It! You Will Never Forget It's Taste.
Ingredients:
White Flour: 2 Cups
Instant Yeast: 1&1/2 Tsp
Sugar: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Warm Milk: 1 Cup
Oil: 1/2 Cup
Water: 2-3 Tbsp (if required)

For chicken Preparation:

Chicken: 1/2 kg cut in small cubes
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Chinese salt: 1 tsp
Chili Flakes:1/2 tsp
White Vinegar:1 tbsp
Chicken Tikka Masala: 2 Tbsp

Assembling:
Pizza Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Onion: 1 small chop it
Capsicum: 1 small julianne cut
Olives: 5
Cream:1 tbsp
Mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tbsp
Chadder cheese: 1/2 cup grated
Mozzarella cheese:1 cup

Method:
For Dough:
1)Take a bowl, Add flour, Instant yeast ,Sugar, Salt and mix it well.
2)Add 3 tbsp of oil and mix it untill crumbled.
3)Now pour warm milk slowly and kneed it.
4)Grease a dish then kneed dough
well until smooth.
5)Leave it for 2-3 hours.
6)After 3 Hours dough will rise completely.
7)Now knead the dough again.
Chicken Filling:
1)Marinate Chicken with chicken tikka masala, salt, black pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, white vinegar, soya sauce, Chinese salt and stir fry it until done.

Assembling:
1)Now Roll dough with rolling pin.
2)Place Rolled dough on pizza tray.
3)Spread Pizza Sauce on top then assemble with chicken, capsicum. Pour some chadder cheese and mozzarella cheese. Now assemble it with olives and chicken.
4)Bake In Preheated oven at 200 °c for 15-20 minutes.
When pizza ready, Take cream, Mayonnaise and Black pepper and mix it well. On end pour it on pizza .

2) Try to kneed dough with milk instead of water. The more milk more softens Pizza Bread will be.
